Growth and margin across the health and wellness value chain, from ingredients to the point of care.

Health and wellness is one connected economy. Specialty chemicals and functional ingredients become medicines, consumer-health products, foods and beverages, which reach people on retail shelves and through the multi-site platforms that deliver care: DSOs, MSOs and medical groups, home health platforms, aesthetics groups. We work with mid-market and PE-backed companies along that chain to find where growth, margin and cash are lost, redesign the work, and stay accountable for measured results.

The landscape

One value chain, with margin won or lost at every link.

The chain starts upstream, in specialty chemistry, nutraceutical and functional ingredients, and personal-care formulation. Those inputs become medicines, consumer-health products, foods and beverages, made by brand owners, contract manufacturers and co-packers. They reach people through retail shelves, pharmacies and online channels, and through care platforms: dental and medical groups, aesthetics and wellness platforms, and home health platforms. Each link has its own economics, but they share the same pressures: input costs that move faster than prices, customers and regulators asking for more documentation, and skilled labor that is scarce exactly where demand is highest.

Mid-market and PE-backed companies feel those pressures with less room to absorb them. Many have grown by acquisition, so pricing, planning and customer or patient access run on inherited systems and local habits. The gap is rarely a missing strategy. It is the distance between the plan and the way the work is actually done: how a quote is priced, how demand and supply are reconciled, how a referral becomes a booked visit, how a newly acquired site adopts the platform's way of working.

That is where we work. A Performance Diagnostic sets the baseline from your own systems and returns three priced improvement plays with a 90-day plan. Programs then redesign the work and build what it needs, including automation and AI where they earn their place. Decisions that belong to your professionals stay with them: clinical judgment with clinicians, release decisions with your Quality Unit. We give no medical advice, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement wherever our work handles protected health information.

Where performance is lost

Price that never reaches margin

Increases and surcharges leak through discounts, rebates and slow quotes before they show up in the P&L.

Plans that do not hold

Commercial, supply and finance teams work from different numbers, so S&OP reconciles last month instead of deciding the next one.

Access that leaks before the first visit

Slow or unanswered calls, referrals and intake send patients and clients to the next provider.

Acquired sites that never integrate

Each location keeps its own systems, schedules and prices, so the platform carries the cost of scale without the benefit.

The diagnosis

What we look for in your business.

A Performance Diagnostic measures these in your own systems first, so every later result is judged against the same baseline.

Price realization: list price against pocket price by customer, channel and product

Quote turnaround and win rate on custom, technical and private-label requests

Forecast accuracy, and the gap between the S&OP plan and what shipped

Cycle times for batch records, deviations and change controls, and where Quality time goes

Conversion of calls, referrals and inquiries to booked visits, by site and by channel

Schedule utilization, no-shows and cancellations across locations

Revenue cycle health: denials, unbilled services and days in receivables

Margin and cost to serve by site, plant or brand since each acquisition

How an engagement runs

01

First two to four weeks: Performance Diagnostic

A fixed-fee review. We baseline the business from your own systems, walk the work with your teams, and return three priced improvement plays with a 90-day plan.

02

Next 90 days: The first program

The play you choose goes live with an owner, targets and a weekly operating rhythm. We redesign the work and build what it needs, from pricing rules and planning routines to intake workflows and automation.

03

After 90 days: Extend across sites and brands

Further plays roll out across locations, plants or product lines on one measurement layer. Results are reported against the Diagnostic baseline, and you expand only what the numbers support.

Health & Wellness FAQ

Our programs are built for multi-site platforms, roll-ups and mid-market companies, many of them PE-backed. A single location is not a fit. A group building toward platform scale usually is, and the Performance Diagnostic shows whether a program makes sense before you commit to one.
